What we collect and why
The enquiry form collects your name, email, organisation, optional phone number and message. We store these details with the submission time, source page and your consent so our team can respond, record follow up activity and manage your request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where your enquiry goes
Vercel hosts this website and its enquiry service. Enquiry records are stored in a private Supabase database in Sydney, Australia. Authorised RaffleTech administrators can access them. When email notifications are enabled, SendGrid sends the enquiry details to the RaffleTech team. When Discord notifications are enabled, the team channel receives an alert and an enquiry reference, without your name, email, phone number or message.
These providers process information to operate their services. Processing may take place outside the UAE. Do not include payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information in an enquiry.
Retention and your choices
Our privacy policy explains our retention approach. You can contact raffle@raffle-tech.com to request access, correction or removal of your enquiry, or to ask about its use. Requests are handled by our team, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Security and website functionality
The enquiry service uses request validation and rate limiting to reduce spam. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Administrator sign in uses a secure session cookie. This website does not add advertising trackers or subscribe visitors to analytics services.
Campaigns and other services
This website presents campaign information and published results; it does not accept campaign entries. Product demonstrations use sample information. Links to RaffleKlub and campaign sources open separate services with their own terms and data practices. See the RaffleTech privacy policy for the wider service policy.
